This storage business is top-notch in my opinion. I liked the fact that you needed to get out of the facility in addition to getting in. This, to me, is a valuable security feature! I noticed cleaning/sweeping of the aisles and appreciated the climate control inside. I really have no complaints!

The place is clean & well lit. The snow is cleared promptly. Have neen renting a storage spve hete for two years now.

Nice facility. Clean and well kept. 2 major drawbacks. The entry configuration is a very poor layout having to weave your way through the gate with a large truck and trailer is very challenging. Also the grading of the site has several very high (like high center your car high) steps in the isles making it very challenging with a low car or trailer. Just not a great layout

I moved from out of state, and was able to set up the storage before I got into town. Very helpful staff! Positive experience. 10/10 would use again.

Rented a storage unit for over a years time. Great experience with storage here!! Don't hesitate to rent a unit at East Woodman Self Storage, no hassle entry, secure place, 7 day a week access until 9pm, great service with quick responses to any questions or concerns! They provide the lock and keys also! Clean and secure place, very satisfied all around!

This self storage is exactly what we needed and thank goodness they were there to help out, Phyllis Stovall was so nice and helpful especially in a time when we were stress out with moving. She went the extra mile in every respect! I had rented from the company's other facility up in the north springs inter-quest area 4 years earlier and we were also treated very well, so I'm so glad I called east woodmen self storage. If you are looking for a wonderfully clean and new place to store your personal stuff then look no further. You can count on being treated right. Thanks again for all your help Phyllis !

This storage facility is top class. The manager Phyllis Stovall is so friendly and professional. Renting our unit was easy and fast. The unit was clean and in excellent condition and easy to access with our 26' truck. We rented a U-Haul truck twice from the facility and even though there was a mix-up (U-Haul's error), Phyllis was quick to sort it out for us. We'd definitely use this facility again, both for storage and U-Haul truck rental.

Caitlyn was extremely helpful.   We are building a new home near here and I needed a place to store stuff until it is finished.  Living out of state at the time, she set me up a couple of months In advance so when we arrived we would have a unit ready.  I can’t say enough about how helpful she was in taking care of me.

Just closed out my storage unit after 2 yrs with E Woodmen Self Storage. Have been more than happy as a customer. Virginia and all those who man the office have been friendly, courteous and professional. They have answered every question,  met every need and been a joy to work with. The units are clean and grounds are well maintained. I have already referred people to this storage facility and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again.  Would do business with them anytime!
